Longevity isn't just about research and data. It's also made up of the people who produce this knowledge, put it into practice and shape the future.

My Longevity Code is the interview series we're launching in Longewitchy's world of The People. We'll be talking with doctors, scientists, academics, nutrition and movement experts, architects, entrepreneurs and industry leaders. But we won't just ask them about their areas of expertise; we'll also ask them about their own lives.

Five questions we'll ask every guest

1. What are three things you can't do without in your daily routine?

We're curious how the people who know this knowledge best carry it into their own lives.

2. Which study changed your mind about healthy aging?

Science evolves, and good scientists can change their minds. We want to hear the stories behind those turning points.

3. Which health marker do you value most?

Blood work, muscle strength, sleep, or something harder to measure: happiness, meaning, connection?

In the spirit of Beyond the Hype: Learning which trends experts are cautious about will help our readers make informed choices.

5. What will be the most important change in health in the future?

A look ahead from labs, clinics and startups.

Would you like to be our guest?

If you work in, research or create in the field of longevity and would like to share your story with Longewitchy readers, get in touch. Our first interviews are coming to these pages very soon.

Every person has their own longevity code. We want to crack those codes together.
